The Service provides hosted lead-generation websites ("Sites") and related tools for local businesses. Your subscription grants you a license to use one Site and associated features while your subscription remains active.
The Service is billed as a recurring subscription (currently $111/month) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Charges are processed by our payment partners, and you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time before the next billing date via the billing portal or by contacting support at hello@nexuslabs.website. Upon cancellation, access to the Site may be removed at the end of the current billing period.
New subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to spam, fraud, or misleading marketing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request access to or deletion of your data via the tools provided on our site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
